Garden Investment Management is an activist investment firm founded in July 2023 by Ed Garden, former Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Trian Fund Management. After stepping down from Trian in June 2023, Garden established the firm to pursue activist strategies at companies with significant discrepancies between market value and intrinsic value. The Greenwich-based firm registered with the SEC in September 2024 to raise outside capital. Garden brings extensive activist investing expertise, having co-founded Trian in 2005 alongside Nelson Peltz and Peter May, where he oversaw portfolio management, idea generation, and due diligence.
